Remember the last good cue.
Open the last lesson note, choose one technique to focus on and set a manageable goal. Keep the coach’s words close.
FOR SWIM FAMILIES
An easier way to follow the work, remember the advice and celebrate improvement without making every practice about the clock.
Open the last lesson note, choose one technique to focus on and set a manageable goal. Keep the coach’s words close.
Time a set from the deck. Capture the splits, then put the phone down and watch. Add a note when the session is over.
What felt better? What did the coach notice? Keep the time, feedback and video together so the next practice has a starting point.
Make room for the wins the stopwatch doesn’t measure.
A JOURNAL, NOT A LEADERBOARD
Your Own Lane is designed for parents, coaches and adult swimmers. Adults manage the account and the information they choose to record. There is no public swimmer feed or automatic sharing of children’s profiles.
Family plans are planned for households tracking more than one swimmer, with separate journals for each. Every swimmer gets their own focus, notes and history.
How we handle your information ↗ONE LENGTH AT A TIME
We’re building Your Own Lane for the people behind every practice. Follow along as we get ready for launch.
